Rhoda agilinko (executive director)
Rhoda Agilinko is a Politics and International Relations graduate of the University of Kent, England in the United Kingdom.
Both her resolve and interest in working to reduce poverty among the youth by helping them to acquire skills through education can be traced back to her own family background and upbringing in Ghana. She strongly believes that Ghana has the potential to lead a wind of change on the continent of Africa and she wants to be a part of that great change.

ISAAC AWAAFO (DEPUTY dIRECTOR)
Isaac Awaafo is a secretaryship and management studies graduate, with a career aspiration in the field of human resources. He strongly believes that every child should have the right to attend school and to achieve their dreams. For Isaac, his motivation for working with Homeland Educational Foundation is to help address the problems that children in the Upper East region of Ghana face in education.
pETER PAUL AKANKO (BRAND AMBASSADOR)
Peter Paul Akanko is an MPH candidate at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is also the founder and CEO of a budding Company called “Kente Master" which is into the marketing and supply of Original Kente products both locally and internationally.
He believes in helping young people identify their skill sets and giving them the right tools to develop these to positively impact society. He also believes innovation and entrepreneurship are great tools which should be exploited to enhance economic development in Africa
